One to one classes

People choose to have an individual yoga session for different reasons:

 

  • you are new to yoga
  • you wish to refine your personal practice 
  • you have an injury or an illness
  • you find it difficult to leave your home to attend classes
  • the scheduled class times do not suit you
  • you simply wish to treat yourself to a tailor made class 
  • you believe that one to one classes can help you advance your yoga practice beyond what you may feel you could achieve in a group.

 

Once you become more familiar with the postures and practices of yoga you may decide to join a regular class, continue with individual sessions or start your own personal practice at home.

The first session lasts an hour and a half and costs £45.00

Subsequent sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes and cost £30.00 or £45.00 paid in advance to confirm the session.

 

If you have to cancel please give 24 hours notice to reschedule.

 

Individual yoga sessions make ideal gifts for friends and relatives and Jill's Yoga vouchers are available for one to one sessions.

My ‘one to one’ with Jill was a Christmas present from my thoughtful eldest daughter.  I visited Jill’s charming home one January evening, feeling that perhaps just one session would not be particularly fulfilling.  Jill had lit the open fire in her yoga room and the atmosphere was instantly relaxing.  We went through various stretches and moves, time vanished and at the end of the evening I was conscious of feeling subtly more aware, more perceptive and certainly more relaxed from within.   I would recommend a ‘one to one’, Jill is a teacher by nature and her life and personality clearly incorporate the principles of yoga.
